Troubleshooting
Installer or editor does not open
Download the complete installer again from the official site, run it normally and check whether a local browser window is already open. Restart the app if its local server is busy.
Transcription engine is not ready
Open the engine settings and complete installation. The first download requires internet access and storage space.
Lyrics are inaccurate
Check the selected song, use a clearer vocal if available and edit the result manually. For difficult lines, enter the correct words and adjust the timings.
Export fails
Try a shorter export and check free disk space. Save a project backup before troubleshooting.
Lost license key
Return to the free launch page in the same browser while its cookie remains. If you saved the key, use the activation page from any device.
