The offer

The first 25 successfully claimed launch licenses are free to keep, including future editor updates. One email address can claim one launch license. The limit counts issued licenses, not verified unique people. No card, payment or subscription is created. When the places are used, free registration closes. Any future paid offer will show its price, taxes and terms before you order and will not automatically convert your free license.

License and delivery

Your license permits you to install and use AutoLyrical for your own personal or commercial editing. Keep the key private and do not sell it, share it publicly or bypass access controls. A key is issued on the confirmation page, with a copy sent to the supplied email address when email delivery succeeds. Save the key; a browser recovery cookie is an additional recovery method, not your only proof of access. If an email is delayed or fails, you can use the displayed key or contact support.

Email and your choices

Your email is required for license delivery and administration. Product newsletters are optional and have their own unchecked choice. Declining or stopping newsletters does not affect your license. A confirmation link sent to your email verifies the address; product-email consent becomes active only after you confirm it. Important service messages are separate from newsletters.

Your material and exports

You keep the rights you hold in your music, lyrics, projects and exported videos. Obtain the permissions needed for any material you use, download or publish. AutoLyrical does not provide third-party music, video or image rights. Do not use the software or website unlawfully, infringe others’ rights, or interfere with the service or license system.

Desktop editing and external services

The desktop editor processes imported media on your computer. Optional transcription services, downloads and integrations may contact a provider when you choose them. Review the installed version’s settings, permissions and any separate charges before using those services. Review generated words, timing and edits before publishing, and keep backups. Third-party and open-source components remain governed by their own licenses and notices.

Compatibility and updates

The download page identifies the available Windows and Mac packages and installation requirements. Some optional features have additional requirements. Updates may change features or compatibility; mandatory consumer rights and any updates the law requires remain unaffected. Third-party services, their fees and their continuing availability are not included in the free license promise.

Support, complaints and withdrawal

Use the website’s contact form for support, privacy requests, withdrawal or refund questions. We may need reasonable information to identify a license or verify a data request; do not send passwords, card details, API keys or private media. Free licenses have no payment to refund. For any future paid purchase, statutory withdrawal and remedies for defective digital content apply. Downloading alone does not automatically waive a consumer’s withdrawal rights. Changes and statutory rights

We may restrict access for material misuse or security reasons in accordance with applicable law. These terms do not remove mandatory consumer rights, including remedies for defects or the protections of your home country where applicable. Updates to terms do not retroactively add a charge or remove the free launch promise. Significant changes will be communicated where required. Swedish law applies subject to mandatory consumer protection. A consumer may use the competent court and, where eligible, Sweden’s National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN).

Refunds and withdrawal

The current free offer

AutoLyrical currently issues free launch licenses and does not operate a paid checkout or subscription. A free license has no payment to refund. No charge will start automatically after the first 25 places. This does not remove consumer rights that apply to your digital content or personal data.

Withdrawal from a distance contract

Where statutory withdrawal applies, a consumer generally has 14 days from the relevant contract date to notify the operator without giving a reason. You can use the online withdrawal function, send a clear message using the contact form, or use the published contact details. You do not have to use a particular form. The online function provides a receipt with the contract reference and receipt time in a text file you can save; email receipts can also be selected when email delivery is connected.

Digital downloads and immediate access

Downloading software does not by itself prove that you waived withdrawal rights. For a paid digital-content exception to apply, the required express consent to immediate performance, acknowledgment of loss of withdrawal rights and contract confirmation must be provided. The free-license form does not contain a blanket waiver. Paid checkout and any separate immediate-delivery consent must be implemented and disclosed before paid sales start.

If a paid purchase is introduced

The checkout must first show the seller, full price and taxes, payment/delivery terms and applicable cancellation information. A valid statutory withdrawal refund is made without undue delay and normally within 14 days after the notice is received, using the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise, without a fee for that alternative. The operator will not add a “no refunds” condition that overrides mandatory rights. No additional voluntary money-back guarantee is offered by this pre-launch policy.

Faulty digital content and complaints

Withdrawal and remedies for faulty content are different rights. If the editor does not conform to the applicable contract, describe the issue, your platform/version and a license or order reference through the complaint/refund form. The applicable law may give you a right to correction, price reduction or termination/refund. Do not include card details or private media. A policy deadline does not shorten mandatory complaint rights.

Resolving a dispute

Contact AutoLyrical first so the issue can be investigated. Eligible consumers can ask Sweden’s National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN) to review a dispute, subject to its rules, or use the competent court. Mandatory rights in your country remain unaffected.
